How to build a succesfull downline

Have you ever wondered how some of the leaders manage to have a giant downline, that gets bigger day by day?  Well, here are the five steps that every serious network marketer must follow, in order build a successful team and an ever expanding downline.

1.  Find qualified prospects
When you contact people to share your business with, make sure you find qualified prospects! Not everyone will qualify for your team! Here's a hint: when you contact someone, ask them a series of questions. Make a sort of an interview and ask them about their goals or if they ever owned a business before. Don't be afraid to disqualify someone who you don't want to work with.

2. Team up with like minded people
While you are going through the process of interview and qualification, look for those people that share the vision to succeed. You want to work with like minded people, who have a vision and an attitude that they will do everything in order to succeed. This will ensure that everyone is on the same page as you charge forward together. You must all work as a unified team toward achieving a common goal. This is much more powerful than a bunch of individuals plodding alone.

3. Avoid negative people
As your team begins to grow to large number it is of great importance to avoid negative or toxic people. Those people are like energy vampires and will suck the life from your positive flow. It only takes one of those to upset the whole team. Stick with the folks that bring a positive vibe.

4. Duplication
Make sure you have a dublicatable system that others can follow and implement. It must be simple and easy to follow. If others believe that they can do what you did with them, it will be much easier for those teammates to reproduce your results. Train your group to duplicate the actions that got you such a large team to begin with.

5. Lead by example
This is perhaps the most important step. You must lead your team by example. In order to create the leaders you want in your team, you must be that leader. By providing that leadership, the others in your group will mirror your actions and replicate what you did to grow your team.
